The payment will be taken from your account when you have completed the order on-line. However we retain the right to refuse your order after payment has been taken, and we will refund the money as soon as reasonably possible.
For clients ordering bespoke products that are not listed on the website we will open an account for you. Typically we will ask for payment before despatch on your first order, but may be able to offer credit payment terms on further orders depending on credit checks and anticipated volumes.
Out of Stock
Your order will be shipped from stock. We will indicate on our website which items, if any, are out of stock. Should we be unable to satisfy your order for any reason we will contact you. You may cancel the order, or you can leave it on “Back order” until stock is available.

The prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate. IF you are an EU Customer and can provide us with your Tax ID when you place the order then we will not put Tax on your invoice.
Guarantee / Returns / Replacements
We guarantee that the product has been made to the highest standards and that the goods will arrive with you fit to use and correctly protected from moisture. Please let us know upon receipt if this is not the case and we will get you replacement product as quickly as possible. If you can, please send us a photo of the problem.
You can return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for any reason on a no quibble basis as long as the box is unopened and the protective moisture wrap is intact. We do however ask you to arrange and pay for the postage. Let us know if you want us to supply an alternative product or refund you. Please do let us know in advance that you are returning product and we will confirm the return address details. The Zoo is a large place and we don’t want it getting lost!!
Our Integrated and Printer Labels are made with Permanent adhesive. This means that they are designed to stay stuck and not to be removed.
The adhesives are strong and designed to be stuck on packaging. They should not be directly stuck to the product.
We will regularly review our pricing so that we are offering product at competitive prices. We however do not offer a price match guarantee as not all products on the market are of the same high quality.
Events beyond our reasonable control & Consequential loss
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. We will not accept claims for consequential loss.
This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
